Cancellation We will offer a 70% refund if cancellations are made before one week of the scheduled program. If cancellation is made based on the clients personal reasons with less than one week notice from the holiday camp date, we will NOT offer make up camps, or rescheduling dates, or vouchers, or refunds If the client chooses not to join in the program when the program is scheduled to run, the client shall not receive a voucher or refund for the unattended program. Sickness If the child is sick, the company will offer a voucher to attend an upcoming program at The Muddy School of the same value, subject to availability, within six (6) months of the cancellation date, on receipt of a valid medical certificate* * The medical certificate should specify the number of days on which, and the nature of the sickness or injury on account of which, the child, cannot attend the program).

We are an all-weather school. We come prepared with weather appropriate clothing, rain gears, back-up locations and plan Bs. We are up for all weather conditions, rain or shine, and believe they are an important part of the fun and the experience, and we hope you will do the same! Yellow / Red / Black Rainstorm Signal, T3 Storm Signal or Above If Yellow / Red / Black Rainstorm Signal, T3 Storm Signal or Above are hoisted 2 hours before program assembly time, the day's program will be cancelled automatically. If Yellow / Red / Black Rainstorm Signal, T3 Storm Signal or Above are hoisted during the program, the program will stop running immediately. Organizers will guide attendants to safe places before leaving / being picked up safely. Thunderstorm Warning, Landslip Warning or heavy rain Thunderstorm Warning, Landslip Warning or heavy rain usually affect only certain areas of Hong Kong. Programs will be run as planned unless, in few occasions, we decide to cancel the program of the day to avoid hazards. If there is a cancellation or modification of the program, the client will be notified via email two hours before assembly time. Notice will also be posed on our facebook page. In case of cancellation due to inclement weather, participants will be provided with a voucher equivalent to the paid amount on pro-rata basis, valid for 6 months. No refund will be provided.

Our camps are designed for rich sensory and hands-on experiences, most of which conducted in outdoor environment. All our camps are all-weather camps. As such, kids and parents should wear clothing appropriate for the weather (including rain gear). Be aware that clothing will likely not remain clean; a change of clothing is also required. Here is a quick list: - Layered clothing: long-sleeves and long pants to avoid scratches, one additional wind breaker for changes temperature in the forest - Rain gears: waterproof canopy or raincloths are must-haves - Back-up cloths: shirt, pants, underwear and socks, sealed in water-proof bag - Sunscreen and hat - Insect repellent
